I am a writer and translator based in Montreal, Quebec, with over 20 years’ experience. I offer writing, editing and translation services. I write for business, government and nonprofit organizations, communicating ideas in clear, plain language for their internal and external publications.

As a freelance journalist, my articles have appeared in newspapers and magazines such as Water Canada, ReNew CanadaOpenFile, Montreal Families, The Montreal Gazette, THIS Magazine, Career Verdict, The Montreal Mirror and Concordia Magazine. While I’m interested in a broad spectrum of topics, social and environmental issues are closest to my heart.

As a French-English translator, I translate and edit documents in a wide range of fields, from finance and investing to education and the arts.

I also write creative nonfiction: my stories have appeared in lichen, Smithsonian Magazine, Cahoots, Quebec Heritage News, and SHY: An Anthology. In 2005, I became a mom. My other passions include singing, cycling and the outdoors.

I am a former member of the Professional Writers Association of Canada (PWAC) and current member of the Quebec Writers’ Federation (QWF).
